A seller conducts a Short Sale, an Angel (investor) buys the home, allows the seller
to pay rent to live in the home, then time permitting the owner purchases the home
back for fair market value. Some banks will prevent this from happening, but the
alternative is just as positive. We will still conduct a short sale and get rid
of the debt. When the time comes to move out of the home we will assist you in finding
a new home in your neighborhood or wherever you desire. You will enter into credit
repair with one of our affiliates or someone you choose to mend your credit. Once
your credit is healthy, usually in two to three years we will help you purchase
a home you can afford at the current fair market value.
