David Dziedzic

David Dziedzic is a Canadian-born entrepreneur who owns and successfully operates RealCore Realty and National Rental Pros. Known internationally for his enthusiastic presentations about acquiring real estate in Arizona, Dave prides himself on being a hands-on owner/operator. His highly trained Realtors and staff have helped Canadians acquire hundreds of properties in Arizona.

Dave was raised in the greater Toronto area and moved to the United States in the 1980s to continue his professional hockey career. Although the career proved to be short lived, his experience in a winning, competitive environment helped him adopt philosophies that have continued to make him successful in other arenas.

Dave is the founder of the HousingAngel program (www.HousingAngels.com), which has allowed him to successfully help distressed homeowners who are unable to make their mortgage payment stay in their home through a lease-back/buy-back program. Publicized throughout Arizona, Dave's ground breaking program not only has helped struggling homeowners but has also helped investors achieve a 10-plus cap rate and a potential 50% ROI.

Dave has been awarded several honors through his career for his performances and achievements, including being named Rookie of the Year at Coldwell Banker and being admitted to the ReMax Hall of Fame. He is also a CDPE and MSSC accredited broker. He holds a real estate license in California and a broker's license is Nevada.

Dave is also the founding member of RealCore Cares, a charity helping families in need throughout Arizona.
